They live in deep marine waters (roughly 200-1300 meters down), in places such as nearby Japan. (Silen, 2015)
The Goblin Shark has a flattened, blade-like snout that is filled with electroreceptors, allowing it to sense prey in absolute darkness.
It also has a jaw that can extend forward to slingshot towards prey. (Goblin Sharks ~ MarineBio Conservation Society, 2017)
It has Sharp Teeth, allowing it to bite and grip on prey.
Not too much is known about a Goblin Sharks reproduction, however scientists believe that they are Ovoviviparous, or that their eggs hatch inside of their mother's uterus, where they develop until they are fully formed. (How Do Goblin Sharks Reproduce - [Vet Explains Pets], 2025)

Goblin Sharks are solitary animals, meaning they don't generally go around in packs.
The Goblin Shark is typical Crescular. It is incredibly sluggish, and generally waits for prey to get close, and then strikes.
